Location: San Francisco
Architect: Phil Rossington
Description: Dramatically altered single family home in the heart of Noe Valley. We were asked to enlarge the living space and we were happy to oblige by doubling their footprint. We added a large gourmet kitchen, family room and, best of all, a beautiful new master suite. All this with a modern interpretation within the original arts and crafts style. With awards, magazine articles and a spot in an architectural book we are pleased to showcase this wonderful project.

Project: Redwood City
Location: Redwood City
Architect: Phil Rossington
Landscape Architect: Dirk Moyer
Description: Stepping up to the "going green" challenge, we succeeded in turning this home into the focus of a local green enthusiast. An ever growing concern was the extreme dry rot through out the residence that necessitated a ground up overhaul. With this opportunity we were able to create a more natural light experience and integrate an entire solar infrastructure. Divine landscaping capped this awesome "new" home.
Project: Elsie Street
Location: San Francisco
Architect: Phil Rossington
Description: Faced with an extreme upslope lot and the very strict Bernal Heights' Special Use permit - District Rossington architects along with Anthony Murphy's consultation created an unbelievable solution: a multi-level 3 bedroom modern home. Phil describes it as "designed to fit comfortably within its context of pitched roofed, bay windowed neighbors while presenting a certain modernity to its form" Bravo Phil! This 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath home fits wonderfully into its tight upslope lot with 3 deliscious levels and plenty of deck space.
